My journey in hospitality began in 2018 with Son’s Getaways, a nature-focused resort company that quickly became my training ground and launching pad. Over the years, I had the opportunity to spend one to three years at nearly every Son’s property — from a tiny 1.5-acre island retreat to a sprawling 165-acre resort.

 

During that time, I wore every hat in the business: reservations, guest sales, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and full-scale team management. Along the way, I helped scale the company from two locations to six within just a few years, while maintaining a standard of excellence that led to five-star reviews at five of those properties.

What I gained through that experience wasn’t just a deep understanding of how to run a property — I learned what works, what doesn’t, and what guests value most. From the small details that elevate a stay, to the systems that keep operations running smoothly, I’ve seen firsthand how a property can transform into a place where memories are made.

 

Today, with The Nomad Dream, I bring that knowledge and passion to property owners who want more from their rentals. I believe every property is a blank canvas with the potential to create unforgettable experiences — whether it’s a family getaway, an anniversary, or a quick escape into nature. My goal is simple: to unlock that potential and help you get the most out of your investment, while giving your guests a reason to come back again and again.
